AI Visual Design

AI is an important part of my creative workflow. I use AI-assisted tools and workflows to explore concepts, develop visual directions, experiment with compositions and create distinctive digital visuals.

My approach isn't simply about generating images with AI — I combine AI generation, graphic design, art direction, composition, typography and post-production to turn ideas into usable visual communication: AI-assisted visual concepts, AI-generated creative directions, AI-assisted advertising visuals, concept development, visual experimentation, creative compositions, digital campaign concepts, AI-assisted graphic design, AI image generation, AI image editing, image post-production and creative AI workflows.

I see AI as a creative tool that expands the possibilities of design rather than replacing the design process itself.

Web Design & Development

I design and develop websites and web applications that combine visual design, usability and modern web technologies. My web development work ranges from responsive business websites and portfolios to full-stack internal business systems with databases, admin panels, staff panels, vendor systems and custom workflows.

I focus on building digital experiences that are visually clean, responsive, functional and designed around real-world requirements.

These projects involve much more than frontend design — frontend, backend, database, authentication, role-based access, admin panels, staff/vendor panels, business logic, APIs, PDF generation, integrations and automation.

Two major systems I worked on at Multybyte demonstrate this approach.

Multybyte To-Do Management System

I created an internal To-Do Management System for Multybyte to help administrators assign and manage daily work for staff members through a dedicated web application. The system includes separate Admin and Staff panels, with different capabilities and workflows for each role.

Admin Panel

The administrator can:

• Create daily tasks and mark urgent tasks
• Assign tasks to individual staff members
• Add, edit and delete staff
• Manage assigned tasks and monitor completion
• View staff reports and compare staff performance
• Manage the overall task workflow

The admin dashboard was designed as a dedicated interface with visual elements and animations.

Staff Panel

Staff members have a restricted interface focused on their own work. Staff can view today's assigned tasks, mark today's tasks as completed, submit extra work and track their assigned work. The system intentionally restricts staff from completing or modifying tasks from future or past dates, keeping the workflow focused on the correct working day.

This project gave me practical experience building a role-based internal business application rather than a simple static website.

Multybyte Purchase Order & AI Procurement System

I also worked on a custom Purchase Order and Vendor Management System for Multybyte Marketing India Co. The system was designed to replace a manual purchasing workflow that previously depended heavily on WhatsApp and Excel, turning it into a centralized, database-driven procurement platform.

The application manages the workflow from product selection through to a purchase order, and also includes a Direct Order workflow that allows an administrator to skip the price-request process when required.

Automated Stock Monitoring & AI Price Request Workflow

One of the major features of the system is an automated procurement workflow connected to inventory levels. When a product's stock falls below its configured Minimum Stock Level, the system can automatically initiate an AI-assisted workflow to request updated prices from the relevant vendors.

The system does not automatically place an order based on the lowest price. The administrator remains responsible for reviewing the available prices and choosing the vendor.

This combines inventory monitoring, automation, an AI-assisted workflow, vendor communication and price comparison.

The system includes a comprehensive admin panel with multiple modules:

Vendor Experience

Vendor Price Request — vendors can receive a price-request link through WhatsApp without needing to log in. They can view requested products and images, enter prices and GST, review totals, submit a quotation and download the quotation PDF. Certain product information such as Pack Of, MRP and GST can be pre-filled. After submission, vendors can edit their quotation for a limited period before it becomes a permanent read-only record.

Vendor Panel — a vendor login panel where vendors can log in, view orders associated with their account and update order status.

Purchase Order & Quotation PDFs

The system generates professional PDF documents for the purchasing workflow. Purchase Order PDFs include Multybyte and vendor details, order number, date, SKU, HSN, product title, quantity, Pack Of, MRP, price, GST, subtotal, total and grand total. The system can also generate vendor quotation PDFs containing submitted pricing information.

Technology

AI-Powered Chatbot

I've also integrated an AI chatbot into the system, designed to respond to questions within seconds and provide an interactive AI-powered experience inside the website — making information and interaction more accessible without requiring users to manually navigate through every part of the system.

Voice-Controlled AI Interface — In Development

I'm also working on a larger AI interaction feature for the website: a voice-controlled interface inspired by the idea of a digital assistant. Instead of requiring the user to continuously use the mouse to navigate, the idea is that a user could activate the assistant by saying "Hey Jarvis" and give a command — to open a specific page, navigate to a section, show specific information, or perform other supported navigation actions — which the assistant would interpret and act on.

This feature is currently in development and is not yet a finished, working part of the live application.

These projects helped me understand how real business requirements can be translated into working software systems.

Some of these projects are concept websites created to demonstrate design direction, structure and functionality, rather than completed commercial client websites.

UI/UX Design

Good design is not only about appearance. I think about how people move through a website or application, where they look first, how information is organised and how easily they can complete an action.

I use Figma as part of my UI/UX and interface design workflow.

I prefer design that feels intentional, modern and clear.

My visual approach generally combines minimalism, editorial design and creative technology, focused on strong visual hierarchy, clear typography, purposeful layouts, consistent spacing, good composition, responsive experiences, meaningful visual details and usability alongside aesthetics.

Whether I'm designing a graphic, an AI visual, a website or a business application, the goal is the same: make the idea visible.

A website shouldn't simply look good — it should communicate. A business application shouldn't simply function — it should be easy to understand and use. And AI shouldn't simply generate an image — it should help turn an idea into something useful.
