Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to design, development, website, and other services provided by Hasnain Ansari.

1. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, the amount already paid may be treated as payment for work completed, time spent, resources used, and commitments made for the project.

Any refund, if applicable, will depend on the circumstances and the specific project agreement.

2. Advance Payments

Where an advance payment is required, it may be used to reserve project time and begin work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments are generally non-refundable once substantial work has commenced.

3. Work Already Completed

If a project is cancelled after deliverables or substantial work have been produced, fees relating to completed work may remain payable.

4. Additional Work

Requests outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

Additional work will generally be discussed with the client before the additional work is undertaken.

5. Delays Caused by the Client

If a project is delayed because required content, approvals, access, information, or other materials are not provided by the client, the original delivery timeline may no longer apply.

6. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers, including domain registrars, hosting providers, software providers, plugins, APIs, stock-asset providers, or other services, may be non-refundable according to those providers' respective policies.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact me first regarding any payment or project-related concern so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
