Handled online form filling, document work and printing for walk-in customers. Early hands-on experience with computers, the internet and helping non-technical people get things done online.
About the Role
I worked at Amit Cyber Cafe, where customers came for all kinds of cyber work. I filled online forms, did photocopying, printing and scanning, and helped people with their documents. This is where I learned to work fast and carefully, because one wrong detail on a form can cost someone an application.
What I Worked On
- Online form filling (add the ones you really did: government, exam, job, bank, etc.)
- Photocopying, printing, scanning and document typing
